To reset the KYC confirmation status on Bitget:
- Create a new Bitget account using Letit's referral link: https://partner.bitget.com/bg/1021GX.
- send an email requesting to reset KYC on your old Bitget account to: [email protected]
The email should contain the following information:
- Reason for resetting the KYC.
- Your Bitget’s UID/registered email address/registered mobile number
- Front photo of your ID card/passport (the same supporting documents you used for KYC)
- Back photo of your ID card/passport (the same supporting documents you used for KYC)
- You need to take a photo of yourself holding your ID/driving license/passport and a piece of paper (written with BITGET, your reset KYC request and today's date). If you send us an email on 1 October 2023, you need to write the date as 1 October 2023.
- A screenshot/photo of your Bitget's account information page showing your Bitget’s UID.
NB! Remember that all screenshots or photos must be clear and well readable.
The Exchange will review and process your request within 1-3 working days.
Bybit
To reset KYC on the Bybit exchange:

Create a new Bybit account using Letit's referral link: https://partner.bybit.com/b/48436

Log in to your old account where KYC has already been passed.

Go to https://www.bybit.com/user/accounts/auth/personal and click on Identity Transfer.
